A warm, moving story of humour, adventure and mystery. A young boy who is a loner with problems with his schoolwork loves fishing. He lives with his grandmother, who sometimes seems to be the only person in the world who likes him. So he hits on the idea of advertising in the newspaper for a father to go fishing with him.
