Peter Sís: Hello, my name is Peter Sis. Peter Sis, which sounds like fleece. I'm from Czech Republic, which used to be Czechoslovakia, and when I came to this country my name was Petr Sis, but as soon as I became an illustrator the New York Times and some of the publishers said it's too difficult to pronounce and changed Petr to Peter and Sis to Cez. So I was Peter Cez, from Petr Sis became Peter Cez and then I didn't like it, so now, I got the Sis back
