Don Tate: Hello. My name is Don Tate. It's easy to remember. Don Tate is never late to debate the fate of his estate. I was named after my dad, Donald Tate Sr., who apparently was named after a singer and an actor named Donald O'Connor from, I don't know, the 1940s or something. My grandmother always said that he was the singer of Singing in the Rain. You know the song, "I'm singing in the rain." Okay, I can't sing. But apparently, that's the song and that is my story.
