Jonathan Nelson: Hello. My name is Jonathan Nelson. I am of the Towering House clan, born from the Mexican clan. My maternal grandparents are of the Many Hogans clan, and my paternal grandparents are of the Running into the Water Clan. My name was given to me by my parents, of course. Jonathan Nelson really doesn't have any significance as far as the origins being Navajo or Diné. If anything, my dad is Johnny or was Johnny. My mom is Ruby. I feel like it kind of comes from the thought of assimilation because my parents were part of the boarding school era.
